The average delivery time is 7-14 days. This is because our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to make significant savings on storage and transport costs, enabling us to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors while covering the shipping costs ourselves.

We cover the shipping costs if your order is over £35+!

You can return your unused order up to 30 days after receipt and we will credit the purchase price to your account within five working days after receipt of the return. Please note that the return is at YOUR OWN expense. NOTE: This does not apply to our collection of beauty products. Our beauty products cannot be returned (for hygienic reasons).

Easy returns in three easy steps:

Step 1: Send us an email and we will send you more information.

Step 2: Ship the items to the address we have sent you. Be sure to provide the parcel with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to occur.

Step 3: Once we receive the parcel, we will make sure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
